Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through one of our accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later). All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Delivery
We offer free delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability
