Data Deletion Request

From the website
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address if you have placed an order; your order history; and the products you saved to your list, together with any contact details you gave on the optional “save my list” form.

From WhatsApp
If you have messaged our WhatsApp Business number, we hold the messages exchanged between you and Muzhera, your WhatsApp phone number and display name, any photos or voice notes sent in that conversation, and a record of whether you agreed to receive marketing messages from us.

From your browser
Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

Send us a deletion request by any one of these routes. All three reach the same team:

• WhatsApp us on +971 50 169 6715 with the word DELETE.
• Email info@muzhera.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
• Use the form on our contact page.

So that we delete the right person’s records and nobody else’s, please tell us the email address or phone number you used with us. If you message us from the WhatsApp number itself, that is enough on its own. We may ask one further question to confirm it is you before we delete anything — this protects you from someone else erasing your order history.

We acknowledge every request, and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity. We will tell you once it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — your order history, saved list and message history will no longer be available to you or to us.

UAE commercial and tax law requires us to retain invoices and payment records for completed orders for five years. These are held in a restricted accounting record, are never used for marketing, and are no longer linked to your profile once deletion is complete. Everything else — your profile, saved list, WhatsApp conversation, marketing consent and analytics identifiers — is removed.

Muzhera operates a Meta-approved business application used only by our own staff, to manage customer conversations on our WhatsApp Business number. Customers do not sign in to Muzhera with Facebook. If a member of our staff has connected their Facebook account to this application, that access can be removed at any time from Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, and a deletion request sent to the addresses above will remove the associated records from our systems.
