Delivery Cost
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote areas.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days from dispatch, and is often next day within Dubai and Sharjah. Orders placed on Friday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a further update when it is dispatched. If you would like a status update at any point, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check for you.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE at no extra charge. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour; after that a 30 AED shipping fee applies if the parcel is refused at the door.
Delivery Address
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Couriers call before delivery, so a reachable UAE number matters. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, though we will always help you trace a missing order.
Gift Orders
Gift wrapping is free on every order and a handwritten message card can be included at no cost. Tick the gift option at checkout and add your message. Prices are never shown on the invoice included with a gift order.
